This morning, the major increases resulted in shares going for $240 a piece. That’s up from $6 a pop four months ago. And on the pandemic front, President Joe Biden has committed to hosting frequent briefings (three a week), featuring top health officials. That will happen as the U.S. buys more shots of the vaccine.

Image Source: Getty Images The Democratic senator who was slated to preside over former President Donald Trump’s impeachment trial is now in the hospital, though the details surrounding the incident remain few and far between. Senator Patrick Leahy, who is 80 years old and the Senate’s president pro tempore, was reportedly feeling unwell yesterday evening, while he was at work in his Capitol office. It is unclear what his symptoms were. “He was examined in the Capitol by the Attending Physician,” his spokesman said. “Out of an abundance of caution, the Attending Physician recommended that he be taken to a local hospital for observation, where he is now, and where is being evaluated.” It is also unclear how his hospitalization will change the impeachment trial, if at all.
